Dr. Nihar Ranjan Agasti is a distinguished academician, HR professional, and social leader with over 27 years of impactful experience across academia, industry, and social service. Holding a Ph.D. in Management, he currently serves as Professor and Head of the MBA Department at Gandhi Institute for Education & Technology (GIET), Bhubaneswar. Dr. Agasti is the Founder & Secretary of KARTABYA, a prominent NGO committed to holistic community development. His core expertise lies in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Strategic Planning, and Performance Management. He has authored over 40 research papers, 02 Patents and contributed to 22 edited book chapters, earning wide recognition for his academic and research excellence.
